Sisu Sprint is a hands-on workshop focused on team learning and communication. It helps individuals and teams enhance their collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills through real-world scenarios and interactive exercises.
The workshop is run by four teampreneurs from Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), specifically from the Proakatemia Branch. Proakatemia focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and team-based learning, and our team represents diverse backgrounds from Finland, Switzerland, Morocco, and India.
Our goal is to foster stronger team dynamics, improve communication skills, and encourage innovation and growth. We aim to provide participants with the tools they need to lead and work effectively in diverse, high-performing teams.
