Day 1: Introduction to Team Dynamics & Communication

Objective: Establish a strong foundation for effective communication and understanding team dynamics.

Day 2: Problem-Solving and Decision-Making in Teams

Objective: Build problem-solving skills and learn effective decision-making strategies in teams.

Day 3: Leadership and Team Roles

Objective: Explore leadership styles and learn how to effectively assume leadership roles in a team setting.

Day 4: Cross-Cultural Communication & Teamwork

Objective: Enhance cultural awareness and improve communication in international and diverse teams.

Day 5: Integration & Real-World Application

Objective: Apply the skills learned throughout the week to a final team project and reflect on the overall learning experience.
